CANCELLATION POLICY
ReLOCSation LLC Cancellation & No-Show Policy At ReLOCSation LLC, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from booking and impact our small business. Thank you for respecting our time and scheduling policies. Appointment Deposits * A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. * Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service. * Deposits are forfeited if the cancellation policy is not followed. Cancellations * Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. * Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. * If no deposit was collected, a cancellation fee of 15% of the scheduled service may be charged before future appointments can be booked. No-Shows * Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notifying ReLOCSation LLC will be considered a no-show. * No-shows forfeit any deposit paid. * Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay 100% of future services or may be declined future appointments. Late Arrivals * Please arrive on time for your appointment. * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled, depending on the schedule. After 15 minutes a 20 lates fee will apply every 15 minutes. * After 31 minutes your appointment may be cancelled. * Full service charges may still apply if the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival. Emergency Exceptions We understand that true emergencies happen. Emergency exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ReLOCSation LLC.
